For over 29 years, I have worked in the Real Estate field. Having been employed in the Escrow, Title, Insurance and Real Estate sales fields allows me to answer more questions, which assists my clients to make quicker and more confident decisions.

As a Marketing Major in college, I have studied and practiced Advertising and Promotion my entire adult life. As a graduate and coach for the Dale Carnegie Sales Institute and a Toastmaster CTM and Area Govenor, I have become proficient at articulating sales and closing techniques, helping buyers and sellers come to mutual agreements quicker, while creating long term satisfaction.

Putting my Marketing and Sales background to work has enabled me to sell nearly 500 homes. I have been truly blessed and look forward to share my blessings with my clients.

Since buying or selling a home is a major investment in life, Norman approaches each sale as if it were his own. Norman also serves as Vice Chairman of the Governmental Affairs Committee with the local board of Realtors. This Committee is charged with reviewing all legislative and taxation matters at the local and state levels that affect real property owners, tenants and real estate licensees; to promote the highest and best use of land resources, consistent with economic, social and environmental goals, and ensure that ownership attainment is at its widest distribution; to review and recommend endorsements of key legislative and ballot issues as well as candidates on the local, state and federal levels as they relate to the real estate industry.

Besides his career, he enjoys spending time with family and friends. Norman and his wife, Joan, are expecting a baby girl in Spring 2012. His main hobbies include motorcycling, hiking, camping, rock climbing and all things outdoors. Norman volunteers his time towards community improvement activities, collects food and clothing for the needy through The Gift Bag Drive Charity and raises money for military families.
