For over 29 years, I have worked in the Real Estate field. Having been employed in the Escrow, Title, Insurance and Real Estate sales fields allows me to answer more questions, which assists my clients to make quicker and more confident decisions.
As a Marketing Major in college, I have studied and practiced Advertising and Promotion my entire adult life. As a graduate and coach for the Dale Carnegie Sales Institute and a Toastmaster CTM and Area Govenor, I have become proficient at articulating sales and closing techniques, helping buyers and sellers come to mutual agreements quicker, while creating long term satisfaction.
Putting my Marketing and Sales background to work has enabled me to sell nearly 400 homes. I have been truly blessed and look forward to share my blessings with my clients.
Norman Bramstedt
Born in St. Louis, MO, Norman and his family moved all throughout the Mid-West before settling in Durham, NH where he attended Oyster River High School. Later he received a music degree from The Atlanta Institute of Music, a BA in Political Science and a minor in Communications from the University New Mexico. Today Norman lives in La Mesa, CA.
He routinely investigates the latest marketing trends and selling techniques to help his clients get faster results. Norman uses his professional sales skills to create a real estate experience that is fun, exciting and smooth. Norman is a professional sales coach for the Dale Carnegie Institute, training professionals in all industries on how to better serve clientele and his personal clients extraordinarily benefit from these skills.
Besides his Real Estate career, he enjoys spending time with family and friends. His main hobbies include motorcycling, hiking, camping, rock climbing and all things outdoors. Norman volunteers his time towards community improvement activities, collects food and clothing for the needy and raises money for military families.
Since buying or selling a home is a major investment in life, he approaches each sale as if it were his own. His primary goal is to simplify the decision making process that many times can create anxiety and stress for the buyer and seller. Norman hopes to make your home-buying or selling experience less difficult, and more rewarding.
