Looking for a new housemate at 2301 Acara Cir! You’ll be sharing a clean and comfortable single-story home with three military roommates who keep things respectful and easygoing. The room comes with a full-sized bed and nightstand (can be removed if you’d rather bring your own) and has a closet for storage. The house is furnished and stocked with everything you need — refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, washer, garbage disposal, central vacuum, and central A/C & heat. Parking is first come, first serve and worked out by agreement among the tenants. All the big bills (water, trash, HOA, SDG&E, internet, solar) are already included, so no stress there. There’s already one friendly cat in the house, and pets are negotiable. Just a heads-up: no smoking, no Airbnb, no short-term rentals.
